Pasta, an Italian cuisine, can be found in many parts of the world, including Japan.  Japanese have their own version of pasta, like soba and udon, as well as many other varieties of noodles.  This site was created with the intention to provide various information on pasta, whether it is the traditional Italian style noodle, or one of the other assorted ways to make such a delicious cuisine.
